The ship moves. The star does not.
The group
AVIOR holds four companies. Each runs its own field independently, and each measures its position against the same fixed point.

What AVIOR holds
The star does not light the way ahead. It sits there, unmoving, so the ship can know its own position.
Unmoving is not the same as empty-handed. What AVIOR holds is the businesses themselves — shares in four companies across four fields. The products, IP, user bases, data, brands and talent each company builds accrue directly to the parent. Operating decisions sit with each company; capital and governance sit with AVIOR. That is why the companies move fast, and why the assets keep compounding.
- 01
It holds the businesses themselves
AVIOR holds shares in four companies. Whatever each one builds accrues to the parent as an asset. Gamification, games, finance, influence — four fields that grow for four different reasons, held at once.
- 02
Assets that do not wear out
Products, IP, user bases, data, brands and talent. What each company builds day by day is not spent by being used — it grows more valuable the more it connects. AVIOR is the vessel that keeps holding it.
- 03
Because it does not sell, time works for it
Operating decisions belong to each company; capital and governance belong to the parent. No company is driven by the next round of funding, and AVIOR does not part with what it has grown. Only assets held long enough have time on their side.
AVIOR writes down one ambition: to outlast the world’s largest private companies in the same place — not in size, but in the fixity of still being there.
Terranoah’s role in the group
Terranoah carries gamification. From Japan, we are building a satellite ecosystem of products orbiting Reality QUEST, turning real-world action into quests.
- Field
- Gamification — turning real-world action into quests, and giving talent a place and a reward.
- Base
- Japan (Yamatotakada, Nara). Terranoah covers the Japanese market within the group.
- Shared officers
- Both of Terranoah’s representative directors also serve as officers of the parent company (Sho Yamashita, Chief Executive Officer of AVIOR; Takashi Yasukawa, Chief Operating Officer of AVIOR).
