Future-Building Collective
01Organization Philosophy

By fusing technology, creativity, community, and marketing, we pursue our vision: Turn reality into a quest. Turn life into an RPG.

03Divisions
Five divisions working as one to build the future.
Startup Studio Division
Business creation, product development, and worldbuilding
At the core of Terranoah, this startup studio drives business creation, product development, and worldbuilding. Centered on Reality QUEST, it builds the next generation of gamification products, AI services, and community economies — spanning creative, product, strategy, UI/UX, video, and brand design to craft the experiences of the future.
Main Roles
AI Research Division
Research in AI, AGI, automation, and next-gen interfaces
An R&D division researching and engineering AI, AGI, automation, and next-generation interfaces. It powers the AI foundation beneath every Terranoah product — pursuing “technology that expands human possibility” and building the AI infrastructure for the society of tomorrow.
Main Roles
Frontier Expansion Division
Market opening, partnerships, and business expansion
The frontier division for opening markets, forging partnerships, and expanding Terranoah’s reach. Not a traditional sales team — a pioneer corps that builds enterprise alliances, communities, projects, and business connections to open new markets and new industries, growing the Terranoah economy.
Main Roles
Creators Network Division
A collective of voices co-creating the next culture
A network of influencers, creators, broadcasters, artists, and independent professionals. Through social, video, community, and culture, they carry Terranoah’s philosophy and worldview into the world — not as a typical influencer team, but as a collective of voices co-creating the next culture.
Main Roles
Satellite Ecosystem Division
Building and operating the next-gen satellite economy
A division building and operating the next-generation satellite economy, with Reality QUEST as its hub. Diverse domains — fitness, fashion, food, education, entertainment, AI, and more — connect to RQ as “Satellites,” each forming its own community, culture, and economy. Not a mere agency program, but a decentralized regional organization designed as “a project that gamifies each domain of the real world and expands it into a new economic sphere.”
